How quickly will my order arrive?
The time it takes for your order to arrive is the order processing time + the shipping time. Our normal order processing time is two to five business days after your order is placed. Standard US Shipping takes three to five business days, 2nd Day Air is two business days, and Next Day Air is one business day. Some shipping carriers may also experience delays. If you have received a shipping confirmation email, please track the order with the provided tracking link.
What are your accepted payment methods?
TeaRose accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars.
Do you collect sales tax?
TeaRose currently collects U.S. sales tax on all orders shipped within the United States. In some cases, additional tax will be charged at the city and/or county level.
